Cancellation Policy I totally understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if possible. • Last-minute changes: If something unexpected comes up, just give me as much notice as you can — I’ll always try to work with you. • No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notice or contact of any kind, you may be charged 40% of the missed service before booking your next appointment. • Running late?
